2003-2009 - Automated Systems has designed and made tooling for assembly processes, forming processes, test stands, and material handling. We have experience working with most tool steels, aluminums, polymers and urethanes.

Production Assemblies & Parts

Automated Systems uses CNC capabilities to run production parts. Pieces include machine replacement parts, machine replacement tooling, and component parts for end products.

Machine & Process Modification

Automated systems will perform on-site reviews of existing processes to

offer design, machine, and tooling modifications.

Example: 2009 - Automated systems designed tooling and machine parts

for a process change and implemented the change with minimal down time

to the customer.

Machine & Tooling Design

Automated systems will created and provide copies of any drawings and

designs made for a project. We will do reverse engineering and create

prints if needed.
